Mpho Mothoa - Managing Director
Mpho is the managing director and founding member of the company and holds a 52% in it. He has more than 20 years experience in the mining industry, having worked for Kumba Resources (Exxaro) & De Beers Group before starting Ingwenya in 2006. He is a registered member of the Fossil Fuel Foundation of Africa and the South African Coal Processing Society.
Peter Wilson - Financial Director
Peter is the CEO of Malvern Engineering and Schumar Crushers. He has over 28 years of experience in general management, accounting, and general financing of new start-ups. Under Malvern Engineering, he has provided equipment and expert technology to countless projects for BHP Billiton, Xstrata, Kumba Iron Ore and many others.
